Please Read Before You Book

I am pleased to offer you online appointment bookings for Registered Massage Therapy in Milton, as well as the option to Apply for Direct Billing

To begin, you must create an account by going to Book Appointment, this will organize all your appointments and create a log of your bookings as well as allow you to cancel them online up to 48 hours prior. Your confirmation email will include a link to Initial Intake and Health History Forms. Please have these filled out prior to your appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy: Thank-you for respecting my time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please advise me a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid being charges in full for your missed appointment. Another may benefit during this time. Email reminders are a courtesy and not guaranteed. When booking, you are taking full responsibility for your appointment.

Direct billing can be set up but must be filled out in full prior to appointment time, and you must come in 5 min early for initial set up.

Please have all applicable forms filled in and ready prior to your  appointment time as any time required to complete them will be considered part of your treatment time.
